7 Generations is an Indigenous led housing initiative is focused on the development of affordable housing for Indigenous people

7 Generations works with Indigenous Communities to create their own real estate opportunities.

We Develop affordable off-reserve housing for Indigenous Communities and their members., We have designed a program that supports a meaningful commitment to renting a housing property, with the long term option to own it one day.

RENT-TO-OWN PROCESS

Engagement Session

 

We will start with an information session  on affordable housing and the rent to own program where full details of project are shared with off-reserve members. The site location, the drafted plans of homes, the cost of project and the funders. These will be on a continuous basis throughout project.
